I really fancied making a stamp because I haven't done one in ages, and what better subject than my spy organisation SCOPE??? <3
I was just going to have plain backgrounds, but then I thought it would be awesome to have their respective national flags as a background, and I absolutely adore how it turned out. One of my favourite stamps ever.
