1.) Describe your character's relationship with their mother or their father, or both. Was it good? Bad? Were they spoiled rotten, ignored? Do they still get along now, or no? Peyton never had a bad relationship with her parents, although now she wishes she had made more time for them when she was focused on her modelling career before she went into the wrestling business. They treated her and her brothers equally, and their home life was a happy one. She gets on with both parents now but maybe more so with her father. Her mother is quite a similar personality to Peyton and they can sometimes clash. Their relationship definitely improved when Peyton became a mother herself.
2.) What are your characters most prominent physical features? I'd have to say her hair, which is dyed mahogany with blonde bangs. Also her height, as she's only 5ft 2in tall.
3.) Name one scar your character has, and tell us where it came from. If they don't have any, is there a reason? She's done well not to get any scars. A few cuts and bruises, yes, but nothing permanent.
4.) How vain is your character? Do they find themselves attractive? Working as a model has definitely meant that Peyton takes care of her appearance, but she's probably more happy when she doesn't have to bother as much. In the past she's compared herself to other models and Knockouts, but she's comfortable enough in her own skin to consider herself attractive. It's not the kind of thing she would boast about though, so she's not vain in that respect.
5.) What's your character's ranking on the KINSEY SCALE? Somewhere between 0 and 1. She's been a little curious in the past, but now she's married to Petey she's very secure in her sexuality.
6.) Describe your character's happiest memory. There are two, and they're both pretty obvious ones; her wedding day and the day her son was born. Peyton always considers herself to be in control of her emotions, so it definitely surprised her how much those two days affected her.
7.) Is there one event or happening your character would like to erase from their past? Why? The death of her brother Alex from a heart defect in 2011. That's the one thing that she wishes had turned out differently.
8.) Day of Favorites! What's your character's favorite ice cream flavor? Color? Song? Flower?
Favourite ice cream flavour: Cookie dough
Favourite colour: Purple, although yellow is a close second.
Favourite song: Truly Madly Deeply by Savage Garden - it was her wedding song.
Favourite flower: Purple tulips
9.) Who does your character trust? Petey, they can tell each other anything. They're best friends as well as husband and wife. Peyton also trusts Kenzie, who was one of the first friends she made in TNA.
10.) Can you define a turning point in your character's life? Multiples are acceptable. Being offered a TNA contract in 2003 despite having no wrestling experience would have to be the obvious one. Without that she wouldn't have met Petey or most of the friends she has now. I'd have to say that it helped her self esteem too, showing that she could do something other than modelling and enjoy herself.
Her relationship with Petey has been one big turning point. When they first started dating she couldn't believe that he was attracted to her personality and not just her looks, but she grew to love and trust him. He was definitely a big factor in her growth as a person.
The final turning point would be mid to late 2011, when her brother died shortly before she had her son, Chase. The birth of her son helped her to get over Alex's death. I think if not for Chase's birth she would have been too devastated to carry on, but having a baby to care for kept her strong.
11.) Is there an animal you equate with your character? I was definitely thinking along the lines of something small and cute, maybe fluffy. Now that I think about it, Peyton reminds me of a red panda.
12.) How is your character with technology? Super savvy, or way behind the times? Letters or email? She's kind of in between. Being a bit old fashioned she does like to write letters and skip the technology when she can, but as a busy wife and mother she appreciates the convenience of having the ability to email, etc.
13.) What does your character's bed look like when he/she wakes up? Are the covers off on one side of the bed, are they all curled around a pillow, sprawled everywhere? In what position might they sleep? Peyton's side of the bed is quite neat when she wakes, but only because she's usually lying more on Petey's side of the bed and cuddled into his side. When she's having trouble sleeping the pillows tend to get thrown off the bed, so if it's been a restless night she wakes with those lying on the floor.
14.) How does your character react to temperature changes such as extreme heat and cold? Peyton was born and raised in California, so she definitely prefers warmer weather. She can definitely handle colder temperatures, but nothing too extreme.
15.) Is your character an early morning bird or a night owl? Early bird for sure. She likes to be up early getting a start on her tasks for the day, and then she can focus on spending time with Chase and Petey once she knows those things are done.
16.) Are there any blood relatives that your character is particularly close with, besides the immediate ones? Cousins, Uncles, Grandfathers, Aunts, et cetera. Are there any others that your character practically considers a blood relative? There was an aunt and uncle that she was close to as a child, but they've since both passed away.
17.) What's your character's desk/workspace look like? Are they neat or messy? Peyton is actually quite neat and organised for the most part. Certain things like her clothes are always stored away neatly, and food and toiletries are always organised. She's definitely not obsessed with keeping everything neat and tidy though, and sometimes she's willing to leave the things that can be put off until another day.
18.) Is your character a good cook? What's their favorite recipe, whether they're good or not? (Microwave mac-and-cheese applies.) Peyton wouldn't admit it herself, but she's actually a very good cook. She enjoys trying her hand at different cuisines, her favourite of which is probably Greek, especially moussakka. Given the choice though, her absolute favourite thing to eat is a good old American hamburger and fries!
19.) What's your character's preferred means of travel? She'll usually try to walk anywhere she needs to go, but if it's too far to walk then she'll take the car.
20.) Does your character have any irrational fears? Peyton's only fear is of dying young and leaving Chase without a mother.
21.) What would your character's CUTIE MARK be? A bow, because it's cute and a little retro like Peyton.
22.) If your character could time travel, where would they go? Definitely the 1940s and 1950s because that's what inspires her style, maybe even the 60s too.
23.) Is your character superstitious? Not usually, although she filled her hospital room with good luck charms when she was in labour with Chase.
24.) What might your character's ideal romantic partner be? Petey, he's everything she could ever want or need.
25.) Describe your character's hands. Are they small, long, calloused, smooth, stubby? Peyton has smallish hands that are soft to the touch, usually with brightly coloured nails.
26.) Second day of favorites! Favorite comfort food, favorite vice, favorite outfit, favorite hot drink, favorite time of year, and favorite holiday.

28.) If your character's life was a genre, what would it be? Definitely one of the romantic dramas from the 1940s/1950s era.
29.) How does your character smell? Do they wear perfume or cologne? Peyton always wears perfume, although she likes to mix it up a little. Her signature scent is something light and fruity, although she also loves natural scents such as flowers and sea breeze.
30.) And finally: Write a letter to your character, from yourself.
Dear Peyton,
I'm so glad that I was persuaded to create you. You're one of my favourite characters, in style, appearance, and attitude. It makes me happy to know that you've already gotten some fans, even though I've not done a lot of work with you so far. I hope I get the chance to work with you before the year's out.
